CrossFit Class

A mix of strength and conditioning that will challenge you - We End each class with flexibility. Saturdays we lay off the barbell and primarily use kettlebells or work on technique.

Mobility Class

The yoga of CrossFit, The perfect compliment to a tough week of training where we work on joint specific movements to keep you safe and healthy.

CrossFit Kids

Introducing kids to the fundamentals of movement, basic gymnastics, safety etiquette, mobility and flexibility, all while having fun with their friends.

Fit Family

Currently Cancelled until Spring 2024
A perfect place to bring the whole family to get a little active and competitive. We introduce basic CrossFit movements that are fun for everyone.
