Carbondale CrossFit offers a weekly schedule of classes for every level. Whether you want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, we’ve got a class with a spot just for you. Create your own personalized schedule by choosing the classes that suit your needs.
A mix of strength and conditioning that will challenge you - We End each class with flexibility. Saturdays we lay off the barbell and primarily use kettlebells or work on technique.

Introducing kids to the fundamentals of movement, basic gymnastics, safety etiquette, mobility and flexibility, all while having fun with their friends.
